Located close to The Ontario Tech University’s downtown campus in Oshawa, Ontario this student residence contains 185 compact studio and 2 bedroom apartments, many of which are fully accessible to meet the Oshawa Accessibility Design Guidelines. Paradigm provided full design development, interior design, permit and contract aministration services. The building was designed by Robin Clarke Architect.
