Replacing the renowned Reuben's Deli as the new, prominent corner tenant within an existing mixed-use building in Midtown, the Client was expected to realize his ambitions of creating an attention-grabbing spectacle of a diner (complete with a requisite amount of kitsch) while still maintaining a certain degree of respect to both the building's exterior and the contextual surroundings of the neighborhood.
